Would you like to use your analytical and connecting skills in projects with significant social relevance? Make a difference with us!
At TNO, we work on the labour market of the future. A labour market where available labour potential is better utilised, and people’s talents and skills are fully realised. Where people develop throughout their lives, and technological and social innovations are quickly adopted. Within the Work Health Technology (WHT) expertise group, you will work as a medior (mid-level) quantitative researcher on issues concerning the rapidly changing labour market and its challenges for workers, organisations, and policy. You will contribute to research and innovation focused on sustainable employability, lifelong development, skills, labour productivity, and the future of work.
You will carry out multiple (inter)national research and consultancy projects simultaneously. You will develop and apply advanced analytical methods, work with large datasets, and contribute to the development of tools and interventions. Your tasks include:
You will work closely with subject matter experts within the Work Health Technology working group and with TNO-wide data science specialists, for example, on labour market mobility, skills transitions, and human-centric technology. Additionally, you will co-author project proposals and publications (NL/EN), organise meetings with stakeholders, and actively build your network with companies, governments, and knowledge partners.
You have demonstrable experience with quantitative research and data analysis, preferably in the context of labour, human-technology, and/or health. You work in an enterprising, structured, and connecting way; you easily switch between analytical work, conceptual thinking, and collaborating with various disciplines and stakeholders.
