Internship Opportunity: Elevate the Content Management Platforms Documentation & Training in Personal Health

Start: January / February 2026

Duration: 6 months

Your role:

You will be part of the Omnichannel Digital Experience team of about 25 colleagues who are responsible for building a distinctive digital experience for consumers on Philips.com and e-tailers sites, and the related capabilities (content, search, commerce & new business models). The team works closely together with colleagues in Business Units and Regions, as well as with IT and other enabling functions.

  • Ensuring that updated documentation and training sources reflect the current platform landscape, workflows, and integrations.
  • Creating and refining documentation that supports platform users across roles (e.g., Global Content Managers, Local Legal Reviewers).
  • Structuring training materials to serve both human users and an AI agent that will act as a subject matter expert when no human support is available.
  • Final deliverable: A presentation summarizing the intern’s contributions, learnings, and recommendations for future improvements.

You're the right fit if:

  • Currently studying towards a degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Management, Business or related study;
  • Strong in creating and maintaining structure, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to collaborate effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively seeking feedback.
  • Fluent in Business English
  • Interest in PIM/DAM systems, training design, and AI training

Next to that, we are offering a decent internship package:

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300 net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255 net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the landlord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.
  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192 net.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop.
