The Role:

The Operations Process Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end seasonal workflow by managing key operational systems, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing processes across the business. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role oversees B2B, ERP, and PLM data, drives process improvements, and supports Operations to enable smooth and efficient seasonal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Platform Management (NuOrder)

  • Lead the seasonal setup and management of the B2B platform, ensuring a seamless sell-in experience for internal teams and external partners.
  • Create and maintain sell-in catalogs and line sheets.
  • Manage user profiles and customer account creation.
  • Configure customer- and catalog-level restrictions and permissions.
  • Oversee product image management in collaboration with the Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool.
  • Generate reports and troubleshoot platform-related issues.

ERP & Reporting Management

  • Execute full seasonal item setup, including product creation, attribute assignment, and data validation.
  • Manage sample creation and seasonal sample data.
  • Configure new seasons in the ERP system, ensuring all background and master data is accurately established.
  • Maintain and update price lists, including seasonal pricing and adjustments.
  • Perform landed cost updates and cost maintenance.
  • Process seasonal cancellations and ensure accurate status changes.
  • Maintain and update Taric codes and other compliance-related data.
  • Perform mass data updates while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct seasonal price checks and other compliance tasks through AuditBoard to ensure data integrity and operational accuracy.
  • Create and maintain operational reports using the BI tool (QSAAS).

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

  • Validate completeness and accuracy of PLM data prior to ERP import.
  • Collaborate with the PLM team to identify system enhancements and improve data quality.

Process Optimization & Project Management

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Support and lead operational projects, ensuring clear communication, timelines, and cross-functional alignment.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure smooth seasonal operations and data flow.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for systems and processes, providing guidance and support as needed.

The Profile

  • Operational Mindset; at least 3 years of experience in Operations
  • Experience with ERP systems, applications and reporting tools
  • Experience with system implementations is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office software
  • Proactive, self-organized, analytical mindset, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to communicate openly, clearly and constructively
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize & multitask.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
