About this role

Interested in working in a dynamic, international, fast-paced team at one of the largest global online food delivery companies?

As our Senior Commercial Business Analyst, you will be part of the Global Commercial Strategy team, which sits within the Global Commercial organisation. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our commercial objectives and our finance function. You will be responsible for monitoring and consolidating the key metrics (e.g. take rate and related input variables like commissions), defining actionable insights, ensuring alignment with our commercial strategy and the various commercial teams, while challenging and supporting the underlying business cases.

Your ability to deal with senior internal stakeholders will be crucial in crafting the right actions. With your business knowledge and interpersonal skills, you’ll make sure that fact-based decisions are made and the right priorities are set.

These are some of the key components to the role:

  • Proven background in project management, finance, or commercial roles, with specific skill in building and challenging business cases.
  • Strategy consultancy experience (and/or a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and drive data-driven recommendations) is highly preferred.
  • Experience working within a Tech/Platform environment with deep knowledge of market players and trends.
  • A great communicator capable of acting as an internal champion, bridging the gap between key KPIs and commercial activities across functions.
  • Ability to combine data-driven analysis with intuition to make sound business decisions.
  • A proactive, independent thinker who can see the "big picture" and stay one step ahead.
