This informal afterwork is an opportunity to mingle whilst getting the chance to meet with some of our inspirational colleagues and to find out more about McKinsey & Company Amsterdam and the work of our consultants. We would like to welcome you at our Amsterdam Office!

What to expect

• McKinsey & Company Amsterdam welcomes all Experienced Professionals (between 2 and 8 years of work experience) to apply for our Experienced Professionals Afterwork event on February 5th, 2026 between 17:30-19:30.
• We will speak about topics such as: career development, what a typical day looks like, how to manage work/life balance, flexibility at work and what to expect from your first year at McKinsey.

Who can apply?

• We welcome anybody who is interested in our Junior Associate or Associate roles who are:
• Professionals with 2 – 8 years of work experience
• PhD students who are in the final stages of their PhD
