Initiate the transition toward AI-powered tools in the project execution scope using ACC Build software

The Global Installation department within the Distribution Domain is tasked with execution and installation of Material Handling Equipment projects on a global scale. We ensure safe, high-quality installation and work against tight schedules and challenging budgets. Tracking project performance using live data from projects executed in remote locations is critical in risk management and predictability. It is recognized that the power of conversational AI to our execution professionals will help them in quickly finding information, validating data, generating summaries, and creating risk profiles. To build a future-proof and AI-ready database, we need to establish international standards that are adopted and implemented by decentralized teams within the business.

You will work on a real-world tailored assignment lasting 5 to 6 months. From setting requirements and goals in the beginning, gathering information on the current status of software usage, up to presenting your proposed solution and adding business value in the end, you actively own your project from start to finish. This means you will work highly independently, shaping the project's content and creating progress.

As you write your thesis in a non-theoretical environment, every bit of value you deliver for us is a win. We strive to find the perfect balance between your personal learning goals and our business needs, so your work creates value for both.
