Your goal

Marktlink Capital is a Private Equity & Venture Capital (PE & VC) Fund Manager based in the Netherlands, with headquarters in CitySide Amsterdam. We offer entrepreneurs and private investors access to the best PE & VC funds. Marktlink Capital currently has a team of over 55 professionals and manages more than EUR 2.8 billion in capital commitments. This capital comes from nearly 2,200 investors who have collectively invested in over 130 PE & VC funds.

We’re looking for ambitious master’s students (at any stage of their studies) to join us as CDD Intern starting from January 1st or February 1st. This 6 month, full-time internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the investment world and a fast growing company. As our business expands, the role of data becomes increasingly essential in driving strategic and commercial decisions — making this internship ideal for someone who bridges both business and data perspectives.

As a KYC Intern, you will support the end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing investors. You will work closely with the AML team, Sales, Fund Management and Accounting to ensure that we meet all compliance requirements while delivering a seamless client experience. This is an opportunity to learn how KYC and AML work within a professional investment environment, and to contribute directly to improving the quality and speed of our processes.

Your responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and finalization of subscription agreements for investors;
• Assist with the preparation of investor acceptance and review forms in accordance with our policies and procedures;
• Assist with the finalization of fund closing documentation.

Your profile

• You are pursuing a Masters’ degree in law;
• You have an interest in the field of anti-money laundering and would like to further expand your practical knowledge;
• You have good organizational and problem-solving capabilities;
• You are able to work independently as well as within a team;
• You are a Dutch native speaker and have a strong command of the English language.
• Is based in or near Amsterdam, or willing to commute to our office.
