At Rituals, we value your analytical mindset, curiosity, and ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights. As a Business Analyst – Sourcing, you will play a key role in strengthening our sourcing strategy and helping shape the future of our supplier landscape.

In this role, you will assess opportunities across all aspects of sourcing—from cost-saving potential and supplier selection strategies to production improvements, sustainability initiatives, and volume optimization. You translate complex supplier data into clear, actionable recommendations that enable smarter decision-making across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor within the Sourcing team, you will build data-driven narratives that inspire strategic discussions and drive measurable impact.

Collaboration is at the heart of this position: you’ll work closely with colleagues in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure our sourcing choices support Rituals’ growth, quality standards, and sustainability commitments. This is a role where analytical rigor meets commercial awareness, perfect for someone who enjoys connecting dots, spotting opportunities, and influencing strategic directions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier Analysis & Insights
    Evaluate the current supplier landscape to identify opportunities for cost savings, sustainability improvements, and supplier performance enhancements.
  • Strategic Collaboration
    Partner with Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize supplier agreements, processes, and cost structures.
  • Scenario Planning
    Run scenario analyses involving cost changes, product mix, demand volumes, and supplier performance to support strategic recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement
    Participate in strategic meetings to align sourcing strategies, share insights, and support decision-making across departments.

We’re looking for a data-driven professional who thrives on turning numbers into strategic insights. You’re collaborative, analytical, and comfortable influencing decisions while working with stakeholders across the organization.

Must-haves:

  • Masters degree in a relevant field
  • 6+ years of experience in sourcing analysis, procurement, or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), with experience in scenario modeling
  • Solid understanding of supplier management, cost structures, and procurement processes
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing sourcing practices
