The purpose of this job is to build and govern a high-performing global controllership framework—driving close discipline, financial compliance, ICFR control effectiveness, and entity-level result integrity. Ensure the close is predictable, fast, right-first-time, and audit-ready, while developing controllership capability across all entities.

You will:

  • Ensure entity submissions reconcile with each Group’s mapping, eliminations, and FX rules;
  • Ensure consistency, comparability, and accuracy across all pillars/entities;
  • Act as the primary point of contact with external auditors and local advisors;
  • Own the PBC plan, timeline, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination;
  • Ensure all entities deliver statutory accounts on time and free of audit findings;
  • Own ICFR/financial controls design, documentation, and control environment maturity;
  • Coach FCs and the Reporting & Accounting Manager to raise accounting capability and quality;

You have:

  • 10+ years in controllership/technical accounting; multi-entity, multi-currency environments; e-commerce or supply-chain a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with finance ops, IT, and auditors.
  • Experience building teams and developing people.
  • Big 4 experience
  • RA/CA/CPA/RC certification
  • Functional knowledge of SAP
  • Close/reconciliation tooling (e.g., BlackLine)
