What you'll do

The GTM Full Stack Developer will be pivotal in designing and building AI-driven systems that power and optimize Backbase's demand generation and pipeline engine from end to end. This role requires an individual who is comfortable with both front-end and back-end development, has a strong grasp of modern development frameworks (like NEXTJS), and can proficiently integrate and leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Machine Learning into production systems.

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack software solutions for our Go-To-Market teams.
  • Architect and automate the entire GTM engine, integrating multiple sales and marketing systems using APIs (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Clay).
  • Implement both client-side logic with appealing visual design and robust server-side logic, managing well-functioning databases and applications.
  • Write effective APIs, develop technical documentation, and ensure security and mobile responsiveness across all solutions.

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented individual with a commercial mindset and an obsession for measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will be a connector—someone who can seamlessly translate business requirements and predictive models into tangible revenue outcomes. You thrive working cross-functionally and are excited by the challenge of leveraging cutting-edge AI to drive organizational growth.

  • 4-6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar, highly relevant role.
  • Expertise in multiple front-end languages and libraries, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Nextjs and Typescript.
  • Strong knowledge of back-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Express, Node.js) and familiarity with databases like Postgres and deployment platforms like Vercel.
  • Must have a strong understanding of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based systems, with practical experience in integrating AI models, ML frameworks, and AI SDKs.
  • Comfortable building user interfaces independently, integrating systems via REST API, and ensuring a great UI/UX design.
  • Proven ability to work with end users, growth, ops, sales, and product teams to deliver impactful, cross-functional solutions.
