At bol, we’re exploring how Artificial Intelligence can boost our creativity. As an AI Digital/Visual Design Intern, you’ll be right at the forefront of that journey, experimenting with tools, generating designs using AI, and helping us push creative boundaries. Your eye for digital design and love for new tech make you the perfect combo.

From turning creative prompts into visuals using generative tools to designing assets for experiments and campaigns, you’ll help us explore how AI fits into our creative workflows.

You’ll be part of burobol, bol’s in-house creative agency, the playground of designers, copywriters, producers, and innovators. Within our creative AI team, you’ll work alongside creatives and developers to explore how we can use AI to scale visual content. From campaign visuals to internal showcases, you’ll help turn ideas into tangible output and contribute to a growing set of experiments around content generation at bol. This is your chance to dive into the deep end and create visual magic for 13 million customers.

What will you do?

As an AI Digital/Visual Design Intern, you’ll join the AI team of burobol. Here, you’ll gain design experience in a diverse team of creatives, copywriters, developers, and of course, fellow designers. Burobol works on projects across the entire organisation: B2C, B2B, and internal communication.

During your internship, you will:

• Explore and experiment with AI design tools
• Create visual content with and without AI
• Help shape bol’s creative AI direction
• Research new design applications
• Help build our own internal AI content generation tools
• Inspire your teammates with what AI can do
• Learn a ton

What do you bring?

• You study Graphic Design or a related creative field (HBO-level)
• You’re creative, tech-savvy, and love experimenting
• Strong graphic skills (Adobe, Figma, or similar)
• A proactive, curious mindset
• Interest in AI and visual innovation
• Bonus: You’ve got an MBO graphic design background? Even better.
