How you will make a differenceAs our new Team Lead UX, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of UX at Triodos. You’ll help us grow and mature our UX capability, manage and develop our talented team, and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to make UX an indispensable part of our way of working. This is your chance to make a real impact – not just on our products, but on the way we work and the way we think about design.

Next to building, mentoring and coaching our UX team to enhance our design expertise, you will:

• Ensure overall quality, consistency, and cohesion of user experience across all Triodos digital products
• Work with various stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives
• Structure UX processes and methodologies to increase team efficiency
• Design and implement a UX vision and strategy that aligns with our business objectives
• Manage stakeholder relationships to position UX as a strategic partner
• Address impediments blocking team performance or value delivery
• Initiate and drive projects to improve our digital touchpoints and journeys together with our CX colleagues

Your future colleaguesYou will be team lead of 4, soon 5, internal UX designers and a few external designers. In that role you’ll also be part of the management team of the Software Solutions (SoSo) department and report to the head of SoSo. Besides that, you’ll be finding your way in the broader change governance to collaborate with product owners of development teams, other team leads, domain leads and colleagues from our Commercial department.

The role of UX Team lead is new in our organization. This will allow you to shape the role to fit you to a large degree. It also means that we want to evaluate the success of this new way of organization and therefore can offer this role only as a one year contract at first. When we conclude it’s a success, we would love to extend this position and your contract.
