Senior Regional Procurement Manager: Advertising & Consumer Promotions for EDM, Benelux (BNL) and Travel Retail Europe Africa (TREA)

We are seeking a Senior Regional Procurement Manager – Advertising & Consumer Promotions for three key markets: European Distributors Markets (EDM), Belgium/Netherlands/Luxemburg (BNL), and Travel Retail Europe Africa (TREA), to join our regional procurement team.

Reporting to the Regional Procurement Senior Director, you will be responsible for managing all indirect A&CP activities such as Media, PR/Influencer Marketing, Events, Merchandising, GWP, and Beauty Advisors for these markets, ensuring that all services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies and regulations (c. $103m spend).

RESPONSIBILITIES

From a strategy perspective, you will maintain regular communication with global category leaders to ensure regional feedback is incorporated into category strategies and, in turn, ensure their effective implementation within your markets and the region.

From a day-to-day perspective, you will oversee the entire A&CP budget of these three markets and identify opportunities for efficiencies. With your line manager acting as a coach to you, you will define the priorities together and align on the initiatives to go after. From here on, you will have full autonomy to execute your projects, from stakeholders’ involvement to sourcing, contracting, and savings reporting.

Success in this role requires a go-getter attitude, a positive and ’glass half-full’ mindset, autonomy, structure, strong project management skills, and the capability to build strong relationships to influence decision-makers at both local and regional management levels.

Your Main Focus:

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with commercial leaders (GM, CFO, Marketing & Sales Directors) to align regional procurement strategies with commercial goals and overall Coty objectives, ensuring you are working on the right topics which have a direct impact on Coty’s financial situation.
  • Execution of Procurement Strategies: Implement procurement initiatives that align with global strategies while addressing the unique needs of local markets. Develop a strong sourcing plan and savings pipeline linked to your markets’ investments and global procurement strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage market insights and ROI analysis to support strategic investments, drive sustainable savings, and foster innovation in A&CP areas to drive long-term growth.
  • Budget & Performance Management: Develop and manage procurement plans within regional budgets, focusing on cost efficiency, savings, and financial accountability.
  • Supplier & Contract Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, manage contracts effectively, and ensure supplier performance meets Coty’s high standards.
  • Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal and company policies; proactively identify and mitigate risks, including supplier financial stability and performance.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You enjoy analyzing complex data to make strategic decisions. As an experienced Regional Procurement Senior Manager for A&CP in the EDM, BNL, TREA markets, you are highly motivated, with strong organizational and prioritization skills, as well as exceptional leadership and communication abilities. You thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

Other than that, you have:

  • 5 to 7 years of meaningful experience in Procurement or a related business function, with a strong track record in A&CP (whether through Procurement or other departments) in another FMCG Corporation.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Concise, integrated thinking and storytelling: able to boil down multiple data points into a simple but powerful story that drives decisions and outputs.
  • Project management: organized, structured, and always have an overview of all deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe.
  • Team player with strong passion for winning and a bias for action: You believe in strong collaboration, leverage diversity of thinking, and love to win. You are future-oriented, are not bound by the status quo, and recognize what can be improved.

Working for Coty means embracing the idea of being fearlessly kind to ourselves, to others, and to the planet. It also means being forward-thinkers and daring to shape the future together. You will work closely with several departments such as Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Sales, and e-commerce. All your colleagues are driven, agile, resilient, courageous, and open-minded professionals, supporting each other’s growth. Working in the team, you’ll be in a fast-paced environment in which you’ll be encouraged to dare to create, think strategically, as well as be hands-on to drive actions and results.

OUR BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary based on your qualities and experience.
  • Bonus plan based on your performance and company results.
  • Attractive benefits packages.
  • A healthy, fresh, and sustainable lunch for a discounted price.
  • A brand-new building in the business area of Amsterdam-Zuid, designed to maximize your performance based on new ways of working.
