Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by playing a critical role in developing a differentiated membership offering that delivers real value to OneASICS™ members. You'll shape the future of our rapidly growing global membership programme through strategic partnership management, rewards and benefits sourcing, and performance optimisation, helping us create the most loved membership programme in the sports industry.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Implement regional guardrails to ensure that regional teams follow global guidelines and adhere to the overall OneASICS™ membership strategy.
  • Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with external organisations to expand and enhance the rewards offerings available to members.
  • Manage global sourcing of membership benefits and rewards whilst ensuring consistent availability and quality across all regions.
  • Review and analyse redemption rates, profitability and return on investment to assess the effectiveness of the rewards programme.
  • Develop test-and-learn roadmaps to continuously optimise the member benefits offering based on performance data and insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Engagement, Digital Innovation, E-commerce and Regional Marketing Teams to deliver an integrated member experience and scale across different markets.

You have the following skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in loyalty programmes.
  • Loyalty and membership programme expertise within global organisations.
  • Strategic partnership negotiation and management capabilities.
  • Financial governance and ROI measurement proficiency.
  • Data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
