Do you want to explore the world of talent development? Join our global Talent & Development team for an internship where you’ll help shape how we grow our people.

At Vopak, we believe that our people are key to our performance and long-term success. As an intern in our team, you’ll contribute to real projects that impact our employees worldwide.

What will you do?

• Global Graduate Program: Provide support for the global graduate program, including designing the training program with an external supplier and optimizing the project timeline.
• Talent management research: Support with researching skill-based talent management.
• HR onboarding & assessments: Create an HR onboarding for talent assessments.
• Culture/Behaviors: Support with embedding the behaviors into the organization.
• Other potential assignments: Assignments can be discussed based on the interests of the intern, which could include an employer branding project.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative, and excited to make an impact.

You bring:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Strong interest in talent and learning topics
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
• Strong writing and communication skills in English
• Confidence working with Google Suite, Gemini; bonus if you enjoy content design or working with different platforms (e.g. Canva, Google Vids)
