Shape the bank’s design transformation and grow empathy for all our employees, for example by orchestrating a multi-method study on the roll-out of a new way of logging-in globally, identifying gaps in the way we recruit talent, or better understanding who our engineers are and how they work.
You are a curious and creative senior UX researcher who has strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and a drive to understand the totality of the user’s experience. Within your user type—employees—you are known as the go-to person for strategic, tactical, and operational UX research for HR and Tech leadership, as well as other departments like marketing, strategy, and innovation. You have a full understanding of both the design and research processes, as well as UX research methods and tools. You apply your knowledge to align research questions with the right hypothesis, methods, and business priorities.
Furthermore, you keep up to speed with the developments and challenges within UX research, inclusivity and accessibility and like to investigate new technologies. You know how to further expand the utilization of our in-house UX lab, you are always in search of means to better reach all our user types for user experience research and are able to tell compelling stories through high-quality artifacts integrated with research findings.
Our way of working is collaborative. Once you join, we’ll be a UX Research team of 8 supporting over 80 designers with a wide variety of skills and knowledge. Next to a deep understanding of our user types you raise the bar when it comes to the quality of UX research executed, you elevate the research skills of designers and product management and mentor other junior UX researchers.
You become part of our Chapter Design consisting of over 80 talented designers. In our Chapter, we strongly believe in the importance of connection and interaction, which is why we organize a Chapter Day every four weeks. Within our Chapter, there is a culture of open communication and support. Whether you are a seasoned designer or at the beginning of your career, you will find that everyone is willing to share knowledge and help each other grow.
