What you will be doing:

  • Developing business with our larger prospective and existing customers within your portfolio, using structured sales techniques
  • Analysing customer needs and overseeing the development and implementation of suitable solutions
  • Regularly meeting with customers to enhance their understanding and use of FedEx services
  • Developing detailed business plans with your customers, providing them with accurate, approved pricing proposals and coordinating the development of customer contracts
  • Working together with other FedEx teams to deliver a seamless and outstanding customer experience
  • Producing accurate and timely reports to support strategic planning and performance tracking

  • Highly motivated, customer focused and commercially aware
  • Experienced sales professional with knowledge of the business environment and demonstrable results of managing multiple accounts to the complete satisfaction of customers
  • Excellent communication and contact skills
  • A creative and inventive way of working and thinking, enterprising, convincing and genuinely interested in your customers
  • Demonstrates initiative, organization, and adaptability while working in a team environment
  • Excellent PC skills to work within our bespoke systems
