The internship

Do you want to experience the intersection of Legendary Creativity, Marketing Effectiveness and the scale of a Global Capabilities Team? Do you want to work with a diverse range of stakeholders from a range of countries and cultures? Are you seeking a fun, high-paced and energizing team working environment?

Key responsibilities

  • Project management of e-learnings, online masterclasses, trainings, newsletters
  • Coordinating communication to Commerce Community and key stakeholders
  • Maintenance of internal resources – working with both internal and external teams
  • Supporting organization of live events including high profile international events

Your new team and workplace

This internship is part of the Global Commerce University (GCU), which develops Marketing Capabilities across Brand Building, Innovation, RMG and Sales. Through online Masterclasses and e-learnings, these capabilities are implemented throughout the Commerce organisation worldwide. The GCU also leads the Capability Builders Community, a community that supports the embedding of the capabilities in the operating countries.

  • Project management skills
  • Excellent MS Suite Skills – particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Canva/design skills are a plus

Conditions of HEINEKEN

  1. You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
    1. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
    2. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
  2. You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
  3. You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).

Our Internship Conditions

  • A full-time internship, starting on February 1, 2026
  • The duration of the internship is 6 months (to be agreed upon with your internship supervisor)
  • Your home office will be located in Amsterdam
  • At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home
  • You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40-hour workweek
  • You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full-time internship)
  • If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed
