This Is What Your Role Looks Like

As the Senior Data Analyst, you will transform company-wide data into clear, actionable insights for the Marketing team and leadership, covering areas like Sales, Retention, Service, and Brand. Working in an agile, collaborative environment, you’ll focus on the topics that matter most to the business and help shape the future of our Basic-Fit analytics platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main analytics partner to marketing leadership.
• Deliver high-quality analyses and insights that drive marketing and business performance.
• Lead data analysis for board-level reviews to enable decision making.
• Partner closely with the data team to improve reporting.
• Design and develop engaging dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Apply advanced analytics and modeling using Python.
• Partner with teams across the business on company-wide data projects.
• Mentor and support junior analysts in developing their skills.

Your Team

You’ll be part of our Performance Marketing team as the Senior Analyst, an international and diverse group that’s passionate about making data understandable and actionable. Together, we:

• Identify the ‘why’ behind business results through root-cause analysis and KPI setting.
• Partner closely with international leadership teams.
• Build and maintain end-to-end business intelligence solutions.
• Deliver clear management and board reports that tell the story behind the numbers.

Who Are You?

You’re an analytical thinker who loves solving complex problems and translating data into stories that drive action. You enjoy working with others, guiding less experienced colleagues, and making an impact.

Additionally, we're looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO).
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally including senior-level experience.
• Experience with Media Mix Modelling and Media Attribution.
• Excellence in translating complex data analyses into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with Agile ways of working.
• Hands-on expertise with the Microsoft BI stack (SQL, DAX, Power BI, Azure).
• Strong Python skills; experience with BigQuery is a plus.
• A passion for learning and staying up to date with new tools and technologies.
