Job description

As CDD analysts (junior, medior and senior), you will ensure that the team functions optimally, sets the right priorities and performs high-quality customer research. You are the link between operations and management and play a key role in further professionalizing our CDD activities.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring the quality, timeliness and completeness of the CDD files
• Further development of processes and work instructions
• Being a sparring partner for compliance, risk and other stakeholders
• Contribute to the personal and professional growth of your team members

Reporting on progress, risks and improvement opportunities to management

Job requirements

What are you bringing?

• Minimum HBO or WO work and thinking level
• Fluent in (Dutch or Spanish) and English language
• Demonstrable experience within CDD/KYC, preferably in a management role
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations (Wwft, sanctions legislation, etc.)
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Solution-oriented, analytically strong and process-oriented
