Are you passionate about data and security? Capgemini Netherlands is looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management team. In this role, you’ll design and maintain data pipelines that support critical security systems, ensuring integrity and compliance across our global IT landscape. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in safeguarding our digital ecosystem.

Your job in a paragraph

As a Data Engineer at Capgemini Netherlands, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing databases that support our Identity Governance System (RSA). You’ll develop and fine-tune PL/SQL queries, build reliable data workflows, and collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Your work will directly contribute to the resilience of our IT environment and the success of our Zero Trust security framework. This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to innovate and improve processes in a fast-paced, global organization.

• You have experience with SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle preferred) and database management.
• You’re skilled in building and troubleshooting data pipelines and ETL workflows.

• You have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimizing performance.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management systems or security-related data processes is a plus.
• You’re fluent in English (Dutch is a plus) and enjoy working in an international setting.
