Event description

McKinsey invites Emirati students and graduates with fewer than 6 years of experience who are passionate about driving and shaping the future of the Middle East to participate in edad UAE.

The program brings together talented students and professionals, offering a unique opportunity to dive into the dynamic world of consulting. Participants will engage in transformative learning experiences, build essential problem-solving skills, and gain exclusive, behind-the-scenes insights into McKinsey and its impactful work across the Middle East.

edad UAE is open to Emirati nationals currently based in the UAE who meet one of the following criteria:

• Students enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, or PhD degree program, who are in their final year of study and preparing to graduate
• Professionals who hold a university degree and have up to 6 years of work experience

Our event will take place in person on 6-8 February 2026, between 9am and 6pm UAE time in Abu Dhabi.

Selected participants will automatically advance to the first round of interviews for our Abu Dhabi Office.

At edad you can expect to:

• learn more about McKinsey Middle East, our work and the values that set us apart
• further develop your communication, presentation and problem solving skills
• solve a case study to better understand the meaningful work we do with clients
• build a network of others in the region who want to make positive changes

If you would like to be considered for edad, please apply by 30 November, 2025. Space at this event is limited and we plan to get back to you at least 2 weeks prior to the event to let you know if you have been successful in securing a spot.
