What to expect

Be ready to:

1️⃣ Hear our people from various affinity networks and groups share their personal experiences and provide an overview of how McKinsey Switzerland fosters a diverse meritocracy, within our offices and beyond.

2️⃣ Participate in break-out groups of your choice with other participants and consultants, exploring specific topics of interest: mentoring & sponsoring, living your values, and how to join us.

3️⃣ Mingle in a casual networking apéritif where you’ll gain genuine perspectives into how we collaborate and the everyday tasks our consultants engage in.
