Supply Chain Intern . Reverse Logistics

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team for a long-term 1 year. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in logistics, inventory management, data analysis, and supply chain operations. The intern will work closely with our supply chain and logistics teams, utilizing SAP , SalesForce and preparing PowerBI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making in reverse logistics area.

What will your role be?

• Assist with SalesForce case management, performing external and internal inquiries to solve returns inquiries.
• Support inventory management activities, including tracking stock levels and processing inventory movements.
• Assist in maintaining material master data in the SalesForce.
• Help in processing invoices and credit memos. Performing inquiries with vendors and AP team.
• Collect and analyze supply chain data to prepare insightful reports to share with different stakeholders.
• Create and maintain reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels and lead times.
• Assist in developing visualizations that provide actionable insights for the supply chain team.
• Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on supply chain performance.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests to support strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with other departments such as procurement, production, and sales to ensure alignment of supply chain activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.

Who are you?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBI is a plus.
• Familiarity (ready to learn) with SAP and SalesForce is a plus.
• Structured thinking and problem solving with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills and open to work from our Amsterdam office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• You are a student for the duration of the internship and are currently based in the Netherlands.
• Available to commit to a one-year internship with us.
• Fluent in English, other European languages is a plus.
