Intern Marketing & Innovation

We are looking for an Intern Marketing & Innovation, with a big passion for analysing, organizing and biscuits. We offer you the opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission to bring ‘Happiness with every bite’. The Intern Marketing & Innovation will be a part of the Western Europe and Emerging Markets Marketing team and will report to the Head of Commercialisation.

Your main responsibilities

  • Maintaining samples registration tool (incoming & outgoing samples + stock at hand).
  • Updating our portfolio to present to export markets and have visuals of which SKUs go to which country.
  • Consolidating & updating portfolio overviews.
  • Competition watch / tracking across our region NPD, comms etc.
  • Supporting with social media landscaping & agency management.
  • Rotational deep dive on market performance using external market data.
  • Championing Digital Asset Management system use and upkeep.
  • Supporting in cross-market market research test administration and execution.
  • Collating inputs for cross-market best practice sharing / case studies.
  • Support to find synergies on pack format / language clustering / pack size optimisation within region.
  • Disclose market research archive; provide selection of key reports that show status of our brands and main consumer insights.
  • Support in project administration.
  • Maintain archive of delisted portfolio overview.

  • Studying, or in the final phase of Bachelor / Master university or HBO in relevant field of study.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and present ideas persuasively.
  • Energy and enthusiasm to support the ideation and development of new products, ensuring they meet consumer needs and align with brand positioning.

We offer you a unique opportunity to work at a large international FMCG company with well-known Dutch & international brands. The company culture is informal, with a strong focus on teamwork and results. You will become part of an enthusiastic team and be in direct contact with various internal departments. In addition, you will quickly be given many responsibilities in the department, and you will be given a diverse range of tasks, focusing on your development. We offer an internship fee of €475 per month on a full-time basis.
