Internship: Global Benefits - EU Pay Transparency

Are you a motivated student with an interest in HR compliance, data analysis, and benefits practices? Join the Global Rewards team at dsm-firmenich for an internship where you will help align benefit data with compensation structures to meet the requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international HR practices and compliance processes within a global organization.

What You’ll Do

During your internship, you will investigate how EU legislation has been translated into local laws, check consistency of applied approaches across different countries, and support country HR teams in their analyses. You will assist in aligning benefit data with compensation structures to ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and contribute to planning and coordination efforts for timely implementation.

Key Achievements

End Goal: By the end of this internship, you will have helped integrate benefits into dsm-firmenich EU pay equity and transparency analyses, supporting compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive through data alignment, consistency checks, and coordination across countries.

What You Bring

• Field of Study: HBO/WO in Business Administration or similar.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, well-developed analytical thinking, excel literacy, written and verbal communication skills, collaborative mindset and proactivity.

Eligibility Criteria and Conditions:

• Language requirements: Fluent in English
• Final Selection Day: 12.01.2026 in dsm-firmenich office in Maastricht
• Start of the internship: 02.02.2026
• Duration: 4-5 months
• Studies: currently enrolled at a Dutch university or applied science university (hogeschool). Your university will cosign the internship agreement
