About the role:

As a Senior Project Manager for Kitchen Appliances at Versuni, you will be responsible for managing the End-to-End project management framework, ensuring that all innovation-related projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the targeted quality level (product performance and consumer satisfaction). Reporting into the Product Director on a day-to-day basis, you will ensure that innovation projects align with strategic objectives, effectively manage cross-functional project team members, and oversee the continuous improvement of project execution processes. During the product lifecycle management (LCM) phase, you will drive corrective action plans when any quality issue arises or for any product cost/competitiveness improvement.

The impact you’ll make:

• Lead the project team end-to-end on innovation projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and at the targeted quality level, up to 6-8 months post new product introduction launch.
• Be accountable for project outputs and documentation, reporting project progress pre-launch and product performance post-launch.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within your functional project team.
• Lead corrective action plans for product quality issues during the lifecycle management phase.

Traveling to our Drachten office will be required once per week.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• 7+ years in project management or innovation management role handling complex, multi-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage full innovation lifecycles—from ideation to execution—balancing creativity with structure.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Strong communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
