Your Opportunity

As our Events & Commercial Operations Intern, you’ll play a key supporting role in bringing Hypernode’s brand to life, both online and in person. You’ll help our Marketing Team and Partner Managers organize events, design and manage branded swag and gifts, and coordinate logistics for conferences and meetups.

You’ll be based primarily in our Arnhem office, but you’ll also join regular team meetings in Amsterdam, occasional sessions in Leiden, and attend industry events throughout the Netherlands. You should also be open to occasional travel to the UK (e.g. for events such as Meet Magento UK).

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s hands-on, well-organized, and eager to gain experience in event coordination, marketing operations, and partner relations within a fast-growing tech environment.

What your day will look like

Event Support & Organization

  • Assist in planning and executing events such as Meet Magento UK, Hypernode Meetups, and partner gatherings.
  • Support with booth design, setup, and logistics for trade shows and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics: venue arrangements, attendee lists, catering, and shipments.

Swag & Partner Gifts

  • Design, source, and produce branded swag and gifts for events and partners.
  • Research and liaise with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and ship gift boxes and promotional materials to partners and clients.

Email Marketing and Analytics

  • Maintain and update partner and attendee databases.
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing emails, forms, surveys, and assets.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Analyse data results from email campaigns, events lists, and form submissions.

Your Profile

  • Pursuing or recent graduate in a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative eye for design and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn in a dynamic, collaborative team.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Willing to travel within the Netherlands and occasionally to the UK for events.
