Join ASML’s Design Foundation Team: Information Management Internship

Introduction

Join ASML’s Design Foundation team and help improve how we share engineering standards (GSA, TPD) with suppliers. Our Identification System of ASML Standards (ISAS) consolidates critical engineering knowledge and ensures consistency across designs. SupplierNet is a key platform for supplier collaboration, and your internship will focus on evaluating its effectiveness and improving content governance. This is your chance to make a real impact on supplier communication and internal workflows.

Your assignment

You will investigate how the SupplierNet – Technology section supports supplier collaboration and how ISAS can improve its processes and content governance. Your work will help ensure accurate, relevant, and accessible information for suppliers and internal teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the usage of GSAs and TPDs published on SupplierNet
  • Assessing if SupplierNet is the right platform for sharing internal documents or if alternatives are better
  • Defining a process to keep SupplierNet content accurate and up to date
  • Creating clear ownership guidelines, including a RACI matrix
  • Collaborating with team members to validate findings and gather feedback
  • Recommending improvements for content governance and supplier communication

Your profile

To be suitable for the internship, you:

  • Are a bachelor’s or master’s student in information management, business process management, engineering, or a related field
  • Have an analytical and structured approach, with curiosity about supplier collaboration in a high-tech environment
  • Show interest in process improvement, digital platforms, and stakeholder engagement
  • Are proactive, independent, communicative, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
  • Are eager to learn tools like SharePoint and TeamCenter

This is a university bachelor or master non-thesis internship for approximately 5 months, 3–5 days per week (minimum 1 day on-site). The start date is February 2026.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
