Your Mission
You will be the driving force behind high-impact content that fuels Aquablu’s brand and marketing engine. You will work closely with both the Growth Marketing Manager and Brand Manager, ensuring that content is not only high-performing and conversion-driven but also inspiring, bold, and aligned with our brand’s mission. Your copy will power ABM campaigns, landing pages, paid ads, brand campaigns, social media, and more; all while keeping our tone fresh, fearless, and engaging.
What You’ll Do
- Performance-Driven Content: Write copy that converts across ABM campaigns, landing pages, paid ads, email marketing, and social media.
- Brand Storytelling & Campaigns: Work with the Brand Manager to develop content that pushes the Aquablu narrative across inspiring campaigns.
- SEO & CRO Optimization: Ensure content is not only engaging but also optimized for performance, ranking well and driving conversions.
- Content Calendar & Strategy: Plan, manage, and execute a content roadmap in collaboration with both Growth and Brand teams.
- Founder-Led Marketing & Thought Leadership: Collaborate with the leadership team to build and amplify founder-led narratives on channels like LinkedIn, turning vision and milestones into engaging, high-impact content.
- Repurpose & Distribute: Maximize content impact by adapting long-form content into high-performing snippets across multiple channels.
- AI & Content Innovation: Use AI tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT) for research and ideation, while keeping a strong human touch.
- Data-Driven Writing: Work with analytics to refine content based on engagement, CTRs, and conversion rates.
- Video & Multimedia Content: Support video scripts, infographics, and interactive content for both brand storytelling and performance marketing campaigns.
- Messaging & Product Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Marketer to ensure product positioning is translated into clear messaging frameworks across all campaigns, bridging strategy with execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (Dutch fluency is a big plus)
- Medior+ experience in content writing and content marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or performance marketing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-converting marketing content (landing pages, paid ads, email sequences, etc.).
- Deep understanding of copywriting principles that drive performance (AIDA, PAS, etc.).
- Experience optimizing content for SEO and paid media campaigns.
- Experience in writing for full funnel campaigns.
- Experience managing high-volume content production cadences (e.g., multiple campaigns, formats, or channels running in parallel).
- Ability to collaborate closely with both Growth and Brand teams to align content with marketing objectives.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, AI-powered content tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Bonus: Experience in video scripting, Figma/Canva, or email automation is a plus!
