At Dopper, we’re on a mission to end packaged water and inspire people to choose reusable. As our Sales Manager NL New Business, you’ll bring that mission to life by opening new retail doors across the Netherlands—connecting with concept stores, cafés, bakeries, and coffee chains that reflect our design, sustainability, and lifestyle values.

About the role

You’ll be the driving force behind Dopper’s retail growth in the Netherlands, developing new partnerships that boost our visibility and impact. You’ll identify and approach mission-aligned stores and brands where Dopper’s story belongs—places that inspire people to make more sustainable choices every day.

This role is all about creating meaningful connections, spotting opportunities, and positioning Dopper in lifestyle, sports, travel, and education domains.

What will you be doing?

New Business Development

  • Develop and execute a nationwide retail expansion plan targeting stores that align with Dopper’s brand values and image.
  • Open new doors in concept stores, cafés, bakeries, and coffee chains that attract Gen Z and lifestyle-conscious consumers.
  • Approach both independent retailers and key accounts, ensuring strategic fit and sustainable growth.
  • Build long-term relationships that strengthen both brand visibility and sales performance.

Planning & Execution

  • Create and manage a clear market plan outlining target retailers, regional opportunities, and sales approach.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and trade teams to ensure consistent brand presentation and storytelling across retail environments.
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify and act on new opportunities.
  • Represent Dopper at relevant events, trade fairs, and activations to grow our retail presence and professional network.

About you

  • You’re a born networker and natural sales hunter who thrives on opening doors and building relationships.
  • This is your second or third role, you have at least 1+ years of sales experience in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
  • You’re confident walking into a store, pitching a brand story, and turning interest into long-term collaboration.
  • You’re hands-on, proactive, and have a can-do attitude.
  • You’re passionate about sustainability, design, and purpose-driven brands.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English.
  • You have a driver’s license and are open to traveling across the Netherlands.
  • You're available for 32 hours per week.
