Join Triumph as a Shop-in-Shop Coordinator - Consignment Partners

Are you passionate about creating visually inspiring retail spaces and working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment? Triumph is looking for a flexible, hands-on individual to take ownership of the visual strength and modernization of our shop-in-shops across the Benelux region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the visual presentation and brand experience in our shop-in-shops.
  • Gradually modernize and optimize shop-in-shop environments, unlocking their full potential with creative ideas as to enhance layout, storytelling, and customer engagement.
  • Regularly visit locations to assess visual execution, support staff, and implement improvements.
  • Stay flexible and calm under pressure, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Stay ahead of retail trends and competitor products, gaining a deep understanding of the consignment accounts and the lingerie industry.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Triumph products and processes by attending brand conferences, seasonal alignment meetings, and delivering professional product presentations.
  • Identify growth opportunities, expand brand distribution, and share insights to drive business success through monthly reporting and business plan reviews.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans in alignment with company goals and consignment partners.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Experience in the retail and/or wholesale environment and an interest in fashion.
  • Strong visual sense and willingness to grow in a dynamic role—no specific visual merchandising experience required.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends with a commercial mindset.
  • Proficient in digital and reporting tools such as MS Office.
  • Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
  • Willing to grow in your ability to motivate, coach, and train our Shop-in-Shop employees to achieve their KPIs and targets.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
  • Willing to travel across the Benelux region and holds a valid driver’s license.
