Your assignment

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in our project processes and apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world improvements. You will work in a dynamic environment with committed professionals and ample opportunities to learn and grow. Key deliverables include:

• Participating in live projects within the CRE organization
• Analyzing and improving project processes
• Collaborating with various stakeholders across departments
• Supporting project management activities including planning and budgeting

This is an internship for a minimum of 5 months. It requires an investment of 32-40 hours per week, out of which 2-3 days per week are onsite in Veldhoven. It is set to start in February 2026. Thesis projects are welcomed and supported.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor student in (Industrial) Engineering or Project Management, with an affinity for Corporate Real Estate or Construction
• Are looking for an apprentice internship or graduation project
• Preferably have experience in building generation processes
• Have a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
• Are enthusiastic about working in a diverse and inclusive environment

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
• Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
