YOUR TASKS

What will you do?

• You will be part of a great team consisting of our Chief Human Resources Officer, Global HR Business Coordinator, Local HR Managers, Global Learning & Development Manager, and Global Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager.
• Be involved in Global HR Projects related to our Global HR Strategy, participating in multiple projects across different business areas, taking initiative, and supporting the team with your creativity.
• Conduct HR Analytics to reliably report people data and draw insights to improve processes and procedures.
• Support the annual global performance review cycle.
• Manage events, such as organizing international HR meetings.
• Develop professional and on-brand presentations for global HR meetings and Works Councils, using your creativity and attention to detail.
• Support the Global HR Business Coordinator with day-to-day queries, such as preparing meetings and communicating with all countries.

About you!

• 3rd or 4th year student of a HBO/WO Retail/HR-related study.
• Available for a minimum of 4 days a week (thesis is possible).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (an extra language is a plus).
• Able to handle deadlines and multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A quick learner who enjoys working independently.
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Canva and Lucid Chart is a plus.
• Creative skills.

• Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
• Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.
• Additional Benefits: Access to a 25% staff discount on all Hunkemöller products, with occasional additional discounts of 25-35% on new collections. Receive a company laptop and participate in company gatherings such as Townhalls and drinks.

• Hybrid Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home, following a 60:40 policy based on your working hours.

Eligibility Criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2026. Your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

• You are an EU citizen,
• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).

* Please be aware that not all our potential entry-level positions will meet the minimum salary required by the IND for sponsorship by Hunkemöller.
