In the role of Superintendent, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of installation projects, taking care of project-specific requirements.

Your Impact / Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the preparational phase to ensure and adhere to a safe execution in a timely manner, in accordance with the high standards in the Offshore Wind industry.
  • Create and follow up on documentation, such as method statements, work procedures, management of change, reports, etc.
  • Coordinate and advise in the event of technical problems and challenges.
  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team of internal and external stakeholders towards successful execution on an operational level.
  • Report to and liaise with (Offshore) Construction Manager versus Site Management.

About You / What We Ask

  • Technical, Mechanical, Maritime, or Civil background, with at least 3 years of operational experience within offshore installation projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative, results-driven, and innovative work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the health, safety, and environmental standards pertaining to the Renewable Energy industry.
  • A flexible attitude with regard to working alternately on board, on project locations, and office preparations on various types of (rotation) schedules.
  • A good command of the English language, spoken and written.
