Every day, you make sure our workspace is a welcoming, well-organized, and inspiring place to be. As our Office & Event Coordinator, you’re the friendly face (and voice) of Effectory. You make colleagues, guests, and suppliers feel at home, and you’re always ready to give a helping hand—whether it’s arranging food & drinks, supporting events, or answering questions about working at the office.

You’ll play an important part in keeping our office atmosphere vibrant and caring, while making sure the behind-the-scenes details are perfectly handled.

What you’ll be doing:

• Act as the first point of contact for all questions about our office from colleagues and external guests
• Coordinate suppliers for food, beverages, and office facilities
• Manage building maintenance, decoration, and small restyling projects
• Support with food & drinks during in-house meetings and events
• Organize wellbeing and inclusion initiatives that make Effectory an even better place to work, from planning to execution
• Prepare lunch and clean up the kitchen in times of short or unplanned absence of our Catering Coordinator
• Work closely with our People & Culture team on event management and internal communications

You’re proactive, organized, and not afraid to take initiative. You enjoy improving things, spotting what’s needed before anyone else does, and collaborating with others to make it happen. You speak and write both Dutch and English fluently, and you take pride in clear, friendly communication.
