Bij Mieloo & Alexander bouw je RFID-gedreven systemen die magazijnen slimmer maken, processen versnellen en de operatie inzichtelijker maken. Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, senior consultants en developers om schaalbare oplossingen te realiseren voor grote klanten in de logistieke, warehouse- en retailsector.

Wat ga je doen

• Bouwen & integreren: je implementeert, configureert en optimaliseert RFID- en supply-chainoplossingen met merkbaar effect.
• Complexiteit vertalen: jij maakt van businessvraagstukken slimme, schaalbare technische ontwerpen en helder advies.
• Testen ownen: je coördineert en voert tests uit, signaleert issues vroeg en stuurt op kwaliteit.
• Kennis delen: heldere documentatie, input voor deliverables en user training.
• Troubleshooten met RCA tijdens implementatie en support.
• Bijblijven met de laatste ontwikkelingen in RFID, hardware en integraties.
• Eigenaarschap tonen over je deliverables en prioriteiten.

Over jou

• Je bent WO-opgeleid met een achtergrond in techniek of analyse je beweegt soepel tussen business en techniek.
• Je hebt 2 tot 6 jaar professionele ervaring in systeemimplementatie, integratie of vergelijkbare technische adviesomgevingen.
• Je hebt ervaring met implementatie & integratie, root cause analysis en RFID-hardware; je deelt graag kennis met je team en toont eigenaarschap.
• Je hebt een ondernemende mentaliteit, neemt initiatief en gedijt in een collaboratieve omgeving waar kennisdeling en continu leren worden gewaardeerd

Wat krijg je?

• Salaris: €3.800–€5.400 bruto per maand (fulltime), afhankelijk van ervaring.
• Contract: start met tijdelijk met de intentie om te verlengen naar vast.
• Mobiliteit: leaseauto

Medior Technical Consultant

Ever find yourself itching to turn real-world supply chain problems into elegant, working systems? At Mieloo & Alexander, you’ll design and deliver Track and Trace solutions with the focus on RFID that make warehouses smarter, flows faster, and operations more visible—then watch them perform in the wild. You’ll work closely with project managers, senior consultants and developers to bring smart, scalable systems to life for some of the biggest names in the logistics, warehouse and retail industries.

What you’ll do

• Build & integrate: Independently implement, configure, and optimize RFID and supply chain solutions that drive measurable results for our customers.
• Translate complexity into clarity: Turn real business challenges into smart, scalable and sustainable technical solutions while advising clients on best practices.
• Own the testing process: Coordinate and execute system tests identify issues early, lead resolution efforts, and deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes.
• Share knowledge: Develop clear technical documentation, contribute to project deliverables, and support client training initiatives.
• Be the troubleshooter: Apply structured Root Cause Analysis to resolve technical challenges during implementation & support.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously deepen your expertise in RFID technologies, hardware components and system integration.
• Lead by ownership: You are in charge of your deliverables end-to-end — taking responsibility for outcomes, priorities, and consistent, high-quality execution.

About you

• You hold a WO degree (or equivalent) in a technical, analytical, or engineering field and are confident working at the intersection of business and technology.
• You bring 2 – 6 years of professional experience in system implementation, integration, or similar technical consulting environments.
• You have hands on experience with system implementation & integration, RCA and RFID technologies.
• You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, take initiative, and thrive in a collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing and continuous learning are valued
