As our new Marketing Communications Manager, Endoscopy, Europe, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility, elevating our digital presence, and strengthening engagement across the organization. In this role, you will shape how we communicate, both internally and externally, ensuring creativity, consistency, and impact in every message.

You will play a key part in enhancing digital engagement, aligning salesforce communications with business priorities, and maintaining the highest standards of brand execution across the region.

This is an individual contributor role without current people management responsibilities; however, there is potential for the position to evolve into a leadership role in the future, depending on business needs and individual performance.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement digital communication strategies to strengthen Stryker Endoscopy’s visibility across Europe.
  • Drive brand awareness through social media, digital platforms, and optimized web content.
  • Ensure consistent, creative, and compliant brand execution across all marketing materials and events.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop localized, impactful marketing collateral.
  • Utilize graphic design and AI-driven tools to enhance content quality and efficiency.
  • Report directly to the Director Marketing Endoscopy and act as a key strategic partner to the VP GM Marketing, supporting executive communications, speeches, and presentations to enhance leadership visibility.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and brand alignment as well as ensuring timely and effective communication across the organization.
  • Define and track communication KPIs to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field).
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in Campaign Management and Social Media Marketing, with a track record of driving measurable engagement and brand growth.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Experience using AI-driven tools for content creation, campaign analytics, or digital optimization.
  • People management experience or demonstrated potential to grow into a leadership role.
