Join Coty as Revenue Growth Manager Europe and play a pivotal role in driving trade term optimization and pricing strategies across mass fragrance and body care categories in the EU. You will manage trade investment frameworks, align pricing across markets, and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability and competitiveness. By collaborating with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders, you will ensure clear execution of strategies while continuously monitoring market trends and competitor practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Your Main Focus:

  • Trade Terms & Investment Optimization
    • Develop and manage trade term frameworks across mass categories (e.g., fragrance, body care), focusing on drugstores, food chains, and key retail partners.
    • Optimize trade spend to support profitability targets and ensure efficient allocation of investments.
  • Pricing Strategy & Alignment
    • Design and implement strategies to align pricing across EU markets.
    • Analyze price gaps and recommend adjustments to balance AUP, revenue growth, and promotional activity.
  • Performance Management
    • Regularly review trade investments against performance and compliance standards.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize return on investment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement trade terms and pricing strategies effectively.
    • Ensure transparency and clarity in communication of terms and processes.
  • Market & Competitor Insights
    • Track and evaluate market trends, competitor trade practices, and internal benchmarks.
    • Ensure the company’s trade and pricing approaches remain competitive and consistent across the EU.

You Are a Coty Fit

You like to shape pricing strategies, optimize trade terms, and turn financial insights into smart commercial decisions; and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • Trade Terms Management (5–7 years): Proven experience in managing trade terms, finance, or revenue growth management within Beauty, FMCG, or similar industries, with a focus on mass market and retail channels (e.g., drugstores, food chains).
  • Pricing Strategy & EU Market Knowledge (3–5 years): Experience in designing and executing pricing strategies across multiple European markets. Solid understanding of pricing dynamics, competition, and regulatory considerations.
  • Financial Acumen & P&L Management: Strong knowledge of customer P&L structures, pricing mechanics, and trade spend analysis. Skilled in budget management and assessing financial impact of trade terms.
  • Analytical & Modeling Skills: High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Ability to develop, test, and evaluate trade term and pricing scenarios to support decision-making.
  • Negotiation Support & Communication: Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Capable of supporting commercial negotiations and conveying complex concepts in a clear and actionable way.
