  • Optimize factory cycle times and machine installation sequences.
  • Prepare and train Field and Factory teams for new product introductions.
  • Support rapid resolution of complex system issues at customer and supplier sites.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, physics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or mathematics.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary team related to design, implementation, or maintenance of complex high-tech systems.
  • Experience with process engineering, FMEA, and technical documentation.

Skills

Working at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way to do that. You won’t work in a silo. Instead, you’ll be part of a creative, dynamic work environment where you’ll collaborate with supportive colleagues. There is always space for creative and unique points of view. You’ll have the flexibility and trust to choose how best to tackle tasks and solve problems.

To thrive in this job, you’ll need the following skills:

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technical insights.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge.
  • Experience reporting progress and issues.

Other information

You’ll join a young and innovative team focused on serviceability and manufacturability of high-powered laser delivery systems. This role offers opportunities for international travel and professional development. Early focus on product industrialization helps prevent manufacturing and quality issues and improves delivery times. You’ll work closely with design, customer support, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to achieve program targets.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

We're moving technology forward
In fact, we’re probably a part of the electronic device you’re using right now. Our lithography technology is fundamental to mass producing semiconductor chips. With it, the world’s top chipmakers are creating microchips that are more powerful, faster and energy efficient.
