What are you going to do?

This is the most all-round internship out there: you are everywhere, and you know everyone, both guests and colleagues. You will be the point of contact for our guests, especially VIP guests, as well as for event contact persons. You serve as the vital link between different departments and are always looking for special ways to surprise our guests.

You come up with new and creative ideas and inspire your colleagues to contribute as well. In addition, you ensure that work processes are improved and that all areas are neat and tidy. You will give tours of the hotels for potential new guests, resolve complaints, and share your knowledge about the hotel and city.

What are we looking for?

  • You have charisma; guests approach you easily and vice versa.
  • You are creative and have an eye for detail.
  • You are proficient in Dutch and English.
  • Going the extra mile makes you happy.
  • You are confident; there is no complaint that you cannot resolve.
  • Helping guests is your second nature and you know all the ins and outs of the city.
