About the Role

You will take care of:

Sales strategy: Drive growth of the assigned Local Unit and ensure achievement of defined sales targets. Develop and implement an annual Sales Plan based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and customer segmentation. Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan in collaboration with the Manager Sales Training and Personal Certification.

Market development: Identify new markets, client opportunities, and strategic partnerships to strengthen DNV’s market position. Scout for new partners and develop channel strategies to generate leads and expand market reach.

Sales execution: Implement initiatives to improve market penetration and sales effectiveness. Ensure strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Co-develop the Country Price Policy and ensure alignment with internal guidelines. Oversee the sales process and ensure high data quality and smooth handovers to Operations.

Customer engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Drive customer satisfaction and support the resolution of complaints when required. Uphold DNV’s values and reputation in all sales activities.

Team leadership: Lead, coach, and support the Sales Team in negotiations and daily activities. Empower and develop team members to achieve high performance. Monitor individual performance, identify development needs, and take corrective actions when needed. Foster collaboration within the sales department and across the organization.
