The Role:

As an HR Operations intern, you will provide support in day-to-day tasks within the HR Department for our HQ in Amsterdam and Paris, as well as Retail and Wholesale store employees across 12 countries in EMEA. You will support the HR Operations team with administration, payroll processes, and HR projects. The HR Operations & Payroll team consists of a Senior Manager, three HR Officers, and three Payroll Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Team with new hire and leaver administration: drafting employment agreements, maintaining employee files, creating official documents, and maintaining HR database and files.
  • Be responsible for our HQ Intern population life cycle: onboarding and offboarding, being their first point of contact, and discussing any relevant topics with them, the schools, or their managers.
  • Act as the first contact person for employees and stores within the HR department.
  • Support with processes such as preparing payroll administration, NS cards applications, etc.
  • Support in the implementation of change initiatives and HR projects.
  • Handle internal and external mail and provide proper follow-up.
  • Deal with confidential information.

Skills, Education & Experience:

  • Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period, preferably within Human Resources, Applied Sciences, (International) Business Management or Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English; any other language is an advantage.

  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multitask.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must.
  • Preferred start date of the internship: Around 15th of January 2026.

Start date: 15th of January / Available for 6 months / Full-time
