Your Role

As a Junior/Medior Sales Developer at Capgemini Engineering, you will drive strategic growth at several customers like in the automotive, defense and energy sectors. You’ll serve as a trusted counterpart to senior stakeholders, combining technical insight with commercial expertise to shape impactful engineering solutions and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and cold calling to relationship building, proposals and closing high-value contracts.
  • Be present at the customer: visit them regularly, understand their technical challenges and position Capgemini Engineering as a trusted partner.
  • Match customer demands with the expertise of our professionals, ensuring the right fit between client needs and Capgemini talent.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, expanding our portfolio with existing and new customers.
  • Partner with delivery and practice leads to guarantee smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
  • Represent Capgemini Engineering at industry events, contributing to our visibility and thought leadership in the high-tech domain.

Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive and motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and has a passion for technology.

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience with engineering, R&D or technology-driven customers.
  • Strong affinity with technology – you enjoy understanding complex challenges and translating them into business value.
  • Confident in cold calling and hunting, while also skilled at developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Energized by spending time with customers on-site, listening, challenging, and co-creating solutions.
  • A natural bridge-builder between our professionals and the customer.
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset – you want to grow your career in an international, innovative environment.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
  • Represent Capgemini Engineering at industry events, contributing to our visibility and thought leadership in the high-tech domain.
