How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’ by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our information assets through robust security practices and proactive risk management.

The goal of this role is to safeguard the bank’s information assets by assessing security risk, implementing and monitoring security measures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting a culture of security awareness across the organization.

In addition to supporting compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, you will play an active role in our information security risk mitigation efforts and will also play a key role in fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organisation.

• You will execute security assessment to onboard new developments, systems, applications, and for exiting one’s
• You will play a key role in security risk management for our IT service providers
• You will assess and improve security controls, processes, and tools to reduce vulnerabilities (including AI and cloud services)
• You will collaborate with IT, Risk, and business teams to integrate security into projects and operations
• You will contribute to security awareness initiatives and training for employees
• You will stay informed about emerging threats and recommend appropriate countermeasures

Technical skills and knowledge

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Strong understanding of information security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
• Knowledge of network security, cloud security, Artificial Intelligence, and endpoint protection
• Familiarity with incident response and risk assessment processes

The following will be considered as plus points if the candidate has one or more of these certifications, among others:

• CSIM, CISSP, AAISM – Advanced Artificial Intelligence Security Management, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
