Introduction
ASML’s Reverse Supply Chain Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring that defective machine parts are returned swiftly and efficiently to our vendors. With a strong operational focus, the team manages the repair, reuse, and reintegration of returned materials—helping reduce waste and improve inventory efficiency across the company. Currently, ASML faces over €2 billion in inefficient inventory, making the reverse supply chain a key area for improvement. To support this mission, the team is working towards one standardized way of working. As part of this effort, we are looking for a proactive intern to help design and implement a structured onboarding experience for new team members, ensuring they quickly understand our systems, processes, and operational goals.

This includes documenting work instructions in various formats such as PowerPoint one-pagers, Word documents, and MP4 videos. Additionally, you will help standardize operational processes and ensure that the team navigates our systems and workflows uniformly.
