Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global transportation strategies and risk mitigation plans to ensure continuity and resilience.
• Lead transportation performance management, including system parameters, lead times, and cost tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and harmonize global operations.
• Act as subject matter expert for global and regional logistics teams, providing strategic and operational guidance.
• Collaborate with sourcing to select, contract, and implement logistics providers that meet cost, reliability, and lead time targets.
• Serve as transport safety advisor and manage marine cargo insurance claims, ensuring compliance with SHE and regulatory standards.

You bring:

• 8+ years of experience in transportation or supply chain management in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; strong knowledge of global logistics and network strategy.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale supply chain and IT projects, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), and deep understanding of transport safety, SHE, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, financial, and risk management skills to monitor transport costs, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead across diverse cultural and technical backgrounds.
