Contribute to major projects through data-driven insights, ensuring smooth adoption of change without disrupting business operations. You will be part of a team of motivated business process and business data experts committed to reducing complexity to help serve our customers well.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in larger projects/initiatives by managing the end-to-end process from collecting business requirements, to building formats and collecting data and ensuring proper updates are executed in respective systems.
• Coordinate validation from business when it comes to process and data changes resulting from global/corporate initiatives.
• Act as Focal Point within the TTH ISOL division for specifically customer master data process related questions.
• Analyze data, proposing improvement and/or identifying bottlenecks in processes.

• Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 60,000 to € 86,000 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

You Bring

• Ability to handle complex and dynamic data sets (structured and unstructured).
• Good affinity with systems (especially SAP and CRM), data structures, master data management.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across different functions and regions (finance, sales, system experts, master data management).
• Strong analytical, excel and digital skills required.
• Analytical, critical thinking, detail-oriented when needed, practical/pragmatic approach, result oriented, can prioritize, pro-active and have problem-solving abilities.
