About this role:

As a Lead Strategy Analyst within the Sales Strategy team, you will work on key strategic projects and help shape the decision-making of the Sales Organization. You will be part of the Sales Strategy & Operations (SSO) department, a central team responsible for navigating sales strategy, improving sales efficiency, and leading AI transformation across all JET markets.

In this role, you will support high-impact strategic decisions through your analytical depth, data-driven recommendations, and ability to influence senior leaders. You’ll take ownership of key planning projects, deliver commercial and performance insights, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to improve how we sell, grow, and operate across markets.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Take ownership of complex analyses, working hands-on with Google BigQuery, SQL, and advanced modelling tools to surface insights that inform strategy and commercial decisions
  • Develop robust business cases and financial models, translating raw data into actionable recommendations for senior executives and market leaders
  • Build executive-ready presentations that connect insights to action, delivering clear narratives that drive decision-making across markets
  • Project delivery: drive initiatives independently end-to-end from scoping, to analysis, to stakeholder buy-in and execution
  • Stakeholder alignment: engage effectively with global and local teams to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and operational improvements, ensuring recommendations are both strategic and practical
  • Balance detail-oriented analytical work (50–60% of the role) with higher-level strategic storytelling, shaping insights into impactful initiatives for the wider sales organization

What will you bring to the table?

  • Background in (strategy) consulting or experience working on strategic analysis in a fast-moving, technology-driven, or rapidly evolving industry
  • Strong analytical toolkit, including SQL and data warehouse experience (BigQuery preferred), as well as advanced Excel/Google Sheets financial modelling skills
  • Proven ability to transform complex data into clear, structured, and actionable insights—with a talent for framing problems, testing hypotheses, and making recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience developing and presenting impactful executive-level decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
  • A mix of commercial and financial acumen, able to bridge strategy with operational realities and market dynamics
  • A resilient and adaptable mindset—you thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, remain solution-oriented under tight deadlines, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
