Overview

The Senior Commercial Manager of Distributors for Crocs Brand is a key role within the EMEA Distributor Commercial Team. The Senior Commercial Manager supports the Commercial Director to achieve the commercial goals for the respective geographical region (EU or MEA), leading and working closely with our distributor partners. This role owns the full end-to-end operation for each assigned partner.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end relationship with dedicated distributor partners, building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships to ensure mutual success.
  • Monitor distributor performance, sales targets, and market trends to optimize distribution strategies.
  • Establish annual business plans and KPIs for each distributor, ensuring alignment with global distributor strategic goals.
  • Drive the distributor engagement calendar and manage all partner communication, including organizing monthly partner meetings with cross-functional teams, providing regular quarterly business reviews, and proposing corrective actions where needed.
  • Identify new market opportunities across all channels—retail, wholesale, digital—and drive implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including commercial, product, and marketing.
  • Maintain regular end-to-end ownership and provide partner feedback through structured touch points, order analysis, inventory follow-up, template receipt and validation, shipment overview tracking, quarterly business reviews, and strategy presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional departments such as franchise operations, product, marketing, planning, and finance to support distributor activities and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Manage direct report of Senior Commercial Coordinator; lead, coach, and develop junior commercial team members.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business or International Management.
  • Knowledge of Business Administration, Commerce, and Statistics.
  • Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of full-time professional experience in a Sales or Commercial role with an international brand operating across multiple markets and channels (Wholesale, Retail, Digital/E-Commerce), plus 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Experience in the fashion or footwear industry is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills at management level.
    • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
    • Team player who connects with Crocs culture and values.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
    • Strong command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.
  • Travel Requirements: Approximately 40% travel required.
